First you need to check the status of your network billy. Sometimes it can be a network problem, so we'll have to identify that.
- Hit the windows logo key on the keyboard and in the search box type 'Network and Sharing Centre', select it from the list.
- The network diagnostic tool helps to resolve these network problems, comes in handy.
For that again Hit the windows logo key and this time in the search box you have to search for 'Identify and repair network problems', select it and let it work.
- Also please make sure that 'file and printer sharing' is enabled on all network computers, and accessible through firewall and also make sure that the Network discovery is on.
For network discovery:
Hit the windows logo key, type 'Network and Sharing Centre' select it and then click 'Turn on network discovery'
Same applies with File sharing and Printer sharing, if you have any queries with this part, just let me know.
If you are printing using a TCP/IP address make sure your computer is connected to the internet or that network.
Install latest printer drivers, by going to the manufacturers site and updating with the latest driver compatible with your device.
If you just perform all these steps, your network printer will come back to life.
