Whenever I switch on heating it starts to heat, that's understandable but what's strange is that when I turn it off it again starts to heat, that's just annoying and it consumes a lot of time, destroys processes and has no control over it's voltage.

See I can't say with so little information,

It could be because of hardware like USB, or could be even because of software/firmware problem. Perhaps ramps?

Verify if the mosfet is intact. Come back to me and I'd be glad to assist you further.

Sincerely,
