The printer Icon just won't recycle itself; I wish to remove it completely. Just how do I do that?

I tried to go to device manager and remove it and it said device deleted, but then again the driver pops up.
The actual printer has been disconnected; I just want to get rid of this driver.
Can someone help me here please?
Thank you.

Okay, hi Beck!

This usually happens because the print job could be stuck in the queue.

First we'll try Hard Reset,

- Disconnect everything from the printer

- Press and hold printer power button for atleast 15 seconds

Try to uninstall now.

Next,

Click 'Start'
Type 'CMD' (CMD window will open)
Type: net stop spooler --- hit enter ----
Type: net start spooler --- hit enter ----
Now Exit CMD
Next Goto: C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86
Now Delete everything inside "w32x86" folder
(remember, only delete stuff inside it and not the folder "w32x86" itself)

Lastly,

Next time when you install any HP printer, consider installing/uninstalling it through REVO. Since you've already installed it REVO may or may not be able to remove each and every  tiny traces but it still works --- www.revouninstaller.com --- -

Hey Hi, it's pretty simple you see. I have this same printer.
It's called Cold Reset, you can google it if you want.
What you have to do is when it's powering up, you have to press and hold the GO button for few seconds until the Attention LED comes on solid.
The printer will cycle through the LEDs once the GO button is released.
The print will go back to its original state after the cold Reset is complete. - See more at: http://www.printingsupport.com/170/reset-my-hp-laser-jet-1015-printer-to-its-factory-settings#sthash.XQ5jbw2k.dpuf
