My motor used for the extruder is jammed, and it won't start!

I reset it many times nothing happens, first the filament got stuck after heating it up, I guess that was because it didn't reach the end of the extruder. Next after solving the filament problem, the motor stops responding after heating, that's it. Trying to remove the filaments don't help, straightening it properly and then by installing it and shoving it till it reached its end, won't solve it either. What could cause this to happen, because some parts are not cooler or missing perhaps, Help me here please?
